Tank farm construction and reconstruction

The expansion of petrol stations network requires tank farms network development as the main filling station’s supplier and the nexus of manufacturer and seller of liquid fuel.

Modern tank farm is a highly dangerous object, which should be built with the knowing of all technological processes of it’s operation.

Presence of highly skilled engineers and certified staff is not less important.

Through it’s history our company participated in building, reconstruction and complete overhaul of 15 tank farms.

It also should be noted that in 2008 building company “Panorama” passed an industrial certification of welding technologies which is confirmed by the certificates of the “National Agency for Control and Welding”.

We can bulid a tank farm from the draft to handing-over of the works or act as a subcontractor:

· Project and preproject preparations;

· Old vertical tanks disassembly;

· Tanks repair with the bottom and some of wall replacement;

· Assembly of new tanks with capacity from 400 m3 to 5000 m3;

· Laying of industrial pipe-lines;

· Pumping plants and manifolds arrangement;

· Assembly of computer-aided systems for tank-truck loading operations and other tank farms’ equipment;

· Automation and video surveillance systems arrangement;

· Hardware assembly, includins tank field’s crossovers and cable trestle works;

· Tarnishing and outdoor painting of tanks and hardware;

· Civil and erection works.
